This seminar is tailored to and intended for business entrepreneurs and top executives of businesses, including in-house legal counsel, and for non-lawyer professionals serving clients involved in business, trade or investment with China or planning to be so involved in the future. The afternoon seminars and workshops focus on issues such as tax, employment and intellectual property laws, foreign investment and ownership, choice of business entities and PRC-based manufacturing, as well as the practical and cultural challenges faced by foreign business in China.An appetizer networking/reception featuring Arthur J. Rolnick, Senior Vice President and Economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, will follow.
