Join us for the 2025 CHINA Town Hall: Local Connections, National Reflections, organized by the National Committee on United States-China Relations and locally hosted by the University of Minnesota China Center and Global Minnesota.

The program will feature a live webcast discussion on President Trump’s China policy 100 days in with Ryan Hass, director of the John L. Thornton China Center at the Brookings Institution; Matthew Turpin, visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution; and Lingling Wei, chief China correspondent at The Wall Street Journal; in a conversation moderated by Stephen Orlins, president of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations.

The discussion will be followed by an on-site discussion with Mark Sidel, Doyle-Bascom Professor of Law and Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during the live event. Submit your questions by April 17.
